Tanja Bächle is a Bitcoin event manager, author, and podcaster who entered the space after attending BTC Prague in 2024—and never looked back. With a background in sales and community-building, she quickly became a connector and organizer in the Nostr and Bitcoin ecosystem. She co-hosted the Nostr Lounge at Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas (sponsored by HRF), and led the Nostr Booth LATAM Tour 2024, hosting onboarding sessions and educational meetups across Argentina, Brazil, and El Salvador. Tanja isn't a technical person—and that’s exactly her strength. Her work proves that you don't need to be a developer to make a meaningful contribution. By focusing on grassroots communities, local culture, and connection, she helps decentralization reach the people who need it most. She currently works at Terahash, a mining infrastructure company based in Germany, where she leads Growth & Partnership with a focus on bringing hashrate and education back to Europe.
